Your care for him in all areas is outstanding. You always keep the family updated with information about his needs you are all very kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for you and we really do appreciate everything you do. We don’t know where we would be without you.

Personal Choice Carers at Home have been caring for my mum, who has dementia, since the beginning of September this year. The manager and her team are excellent, so supportive, caring and always very punctual. Mum is enjoying her visits and we, as a family, are so grateful to have found them
We have been using Burley’s Home Care for the last six months, one hour a day for my father’s personal care. We have been very pleased with the care provided. We have got to know the carers over time and they are all very good, very understanding. They make both our lives much easier. There is always good support if I have any questions or need to change dates
This team of great carers started on January 2021 when I had just come out of hospital. I could not walk or feed myself, I was bedbound. On the first day, they hoisted me from the bed to commode, this was the first time in eight months and they did this on every call 4 times each day. When physios came, they asked if they could help me in any way. The physios said it would be a great help if you could help with my exercises, which you did, I am so lucky to have these lovely carers. Without their help I would not be at the stage I am now. I can walk a short distance with my frame around our home now.

I recommend the manager and her team so much – if there was a score of eleven out of 10 they would have it. They have looked after Mum for over 3 years and have always been punctual, helpful and kept me updated. Recently Mum caught Covid and was very ill, one of the carers found her in a very bad way an ambulance was called I was kept updated calls were shuffled around so the carer could remain with mum. Extra visits were arranged to tend to her. Staff went way beyond their jobs for which I am forever grateful. Just highly recommend this company you will be so pleased you chose them
Heritage Healthcare provides regular daily care for my Aunt. I feel the carers have personally invested in my Aunt’s care and have taken time to get to know her as an individual. I have found them to be friendly and responsive, and in turn, they have worked with me to develop a plan of action to support my Aunt, who has early-onset dementia. They have administered my Aunt’s prescriptions in a timely manner, and have collected prescriptions at short notice, and taken my Aunt to appointments. They are also beginning to support my Aunt with meals, cleaning, and laundry.
I had also struggled with the authorities for the last six months to remove redundant healthcare equipment from my Aunt’s home. However, once I had discussed this with the manager, it only took a matter of a few weeks to resolve. Heritage Healthcare has been patient and sensitive to my Aunt’s needs and I am confident with their ongoing support, my Aunt can continue to live at her home as independently as possible
have been very pleased with the care and understanding I have received and a very grateful. All the carers are friendly, kind and helpful and I have got to know them all. If they are ever going to be late (rarely) I receive a phone call and have never been left out. The office is very well managed and I have had extra kindness on my birthday and Christmas and they support good causes. I would recommend them to anyone.
My mum had dementia and Heritage Healthcare looked after her during this time. These people really are angels nothing was too much trouble for them. The love and care they showed my mum was second to none and I recommend them every opportunity I can. Sadly we lost my mum in July but I still pop into Heritage just to say hello as they hold a special place in my heart

As a disabled person with many health issues they didn’t only give me physical support, they provided me with moral and spiritual support.
The staff is beyond incredible, they are really nice.

The staff at Heritage Healthcare Cardiff are so caring towards my mum and I always feel that they look out for her so much. I am very grateful to them for keeping an eye on mum. Mum trusts them and to have that peace of mind that the healthcare staff give my mum the time to make sure she is okay is a great comfort to myself and the family. When I am not with Mum I know she is being well cared for. Thank you to everyone that visits Mum
